Primary Home Care (PHC)
Provides in-home personal attendant services for eligible Medicaid members who need assistance with daily personal care tasks due to a medical condition or functional limitation.
Personal Care Services (PCS)
Provides assistance with activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and health maintenance activities for eligible members with physical, cognitive, or behavioral limitations related to a disability or chronic health condition.
STAR+PLUS Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
Provides long-term services and supports that help eligible STAR+PLUS members remain in or return to their homes and communities as an alternative to receiving care in a nursing facility.
Texas Children’s Health Plan - STAR Kids
Provides Medicaid managed care coverage for eligible children and young adults with disabilities, including access to personal care services, private duty nursing, therapies, medical equipment, and other covered health services.
STAR Kids Services
Provides Medicaid healthcare and long-term services and supports for children and young adults age 20 and younger with disabilities, with services coordinated through a STAR Kids managed care organization.
